Høst Search & Selection is a talent selection firm with a focus on finding and recruiting top performing specialists and professionals. My niche is talented individuals with a proven professional track record, 3 to 13 years of work experience, and with higher educational degrees.

Includes: Job analysis, social media job advertisements, candidate search/longlist, interviewing (incl. case), presentation of candidates, testing (Cut-E), references checking and contract coordination. Follow-up first 6 months.

Search & Selection

Part recruitment process
Includes: Job analysis, candidate longlist search, interviewing and assessment, and candidate presentation. Usually chosen in narrow candidate segments and the process can vary.

Job seeking counseling

Helping you match your talent and motivation to exciting job opportunities.
Includes: CV writing; use of linkedin.com in job hunting, setting up cold calls, interview training, and mapping out job opportunities in the new covid19 job market.

Mentoring of in-house Recruiters

Design and mentoring of Recruiting Managers and hiring managers to streamline their talent acquisition process.
Includes: recruiting strategy blueprint, interview training workshops, mapping out A-players, employer branding and design of interview forms.
